Outside Services offered to students:

The Healing Place student support group.  If a student has lost a loved one,  he or she may participate in a monthly meeting with other peers and a counselor from the Healing Place.  If you are interested in participating in the program please contact Mrs. Miller. 

SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

AXA Achievement Scholarship - $670,000 total in scholarships to be awarded ranging from $10,000 to $25,000.  Download an application at http://www.axa-achievement.com/  Apply by December 15, 2009

KFC Colonel's Scholars - Awards up to $20,000.  Online scholarship application available from Dec. 1, 2009 until Feb. 10, 2010 at http://www.kfcscholars.org/

Kids' Chance Scholarship - Student must have a parent that died or was permanently disabled by an on the job injury.  You may apply online or download an application at http://www.alfinc.org/kidschance.cfm Deadline is May 1, 2010. 

AU College of Agriculture Scholarships - Apply online at www.ag.auburn.edu/scholarship Applications are due by Nov. 20 at midnight.
